2. Service Provision

ShadowWeave Studios provides bespoke web design, UI/UX optimization, and digital branding services. Specific project terms, including deliverables and payment schedules, will be outlined in separate Service Agreements provided to clients prior to project commencement.

Note: All technical specifications and design assets remain the intellectual property of ShadowWeave Studios until full payment is received.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, ShadowWeave Studios and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from ShadowWeave Studios for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

  • You must not republish material from ShadowWeave Studios without prior consent.
  • You must not sell, rent, or sub-license material from ShadowWeave Studios.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to use our site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempts to hack the site, scraping content without permission, and providing false information in contact forms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShadowWeave Studios be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
